KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Hotel issuer, PT Eastparc Hotel Tbk (EAST) is preparing to take advantage of the momentum of Ramadan and Eid this year with various interesting programs.
Eastparc Hotel Marketing Director Wahyudi Eko Sutoro said, to prepare specifically for the momentum of Ramadan this time, EAST created a Ramadan buffet event. So it is hoped that there will be an increase in income and also room occupancy rates.
“For the momentum of the Eid holiday, it is hoped that there will be an increase in income and also occupancy rates,” said Wahyudi, to Kontan.co.idMonday (4/3).
On the other hand, considering that during the month of Ramadan there tends to be a decrease in room occupancy rates. So, EAST Management used this moment to carry out detailed and thorough cleaning and maintenance of the rooms and hotel facilities.

This year, EAST hopes to achieve business growth compared to last year. His party is aiming for revenue figures to reach IDR 110 billion-IDR 120 billion, this figure will grow by 12.83% compared to realized revenue in 2023 which is worth IDR 106.35 billion.
Eastparc budgets capital expenditure or capital expenditure (Capex) of IDR 2 billion which will be used for building maintenance and repairs, as well as supporting facilities.
As an illustration, EAST’s revenue grew 23.03% year on year (YoY) to IDR 106.35 billion in 2023. Meanwhile, in the previous year, EAST’s revenue was recorded at IDR 86.44 billion.
Until the end of December 2023, EAST managed to record a profit for the year of IDR 38.43 billion. This figure increased by 29.15% yoy from net profit in 2022 of IDR 29.76 billion.
